These are the terms you agree to when you buy from littlemissmorbid.store. They exist mostly because live animals are involved, and live animals deserve rules.
Live animals
- Live animal sales are covered by the live arrival guarantee, which is the complete policy on shipping, weather holds, and what happens if an animal doesn’t survive transit.
- Live animals cannot be returned. Once she’s yours, she’s yours. If you can no longer care for a spider purchased here, contact me before rehoming her anywhere else.
- Orders ship only within the United States, and only where it’s legal for you to receive the animal. Knowing your local rules is your responsibility.
- You confirm you’re 18 or older, or ordering with a parent or guardian’s blessing.
Enclosures, supplies, and merch
Unused, undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs both ways aren’t refundable. Handmade enclosures vary slightly piece to piece, and that’s a feature.
The Morbid Club
Memberships bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges and your benefits run through the end of the paid period. Member discounts and early access apply while a membership is active and aren’t retroactive.
The boring but necessary part
Prices and availability can change without notice, and obvious listing errors can be corrected even after an order is placed, with a full refund if you’d rather not proceed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. If some part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Questions about any of it? Ask before you order.
